Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Bee Cottonish follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.


In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/ missing or has any manufacturing defect, please inform us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery at support@beecottonish.com.


Exchange/ Return of item(s) is subject to the fulfillment of following conditions:


  • The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with tags intact.
  • Bee Cottonish reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage. In such cases, Bee Cottonish team reserves the right to deny exchange/return of items.
  • Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10% color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  • Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product order as we use best quality material and we would suggest you to please read all the details and size chart carefully before placing the order.
  • Bee Cottonish does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE


EXCHANGE/RETURN  BY DOMESTIC (INDIA) CUSTOMERS
  • Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to email us at support@beecottonish.com within 48 Hours from the date of delivery. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code then we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer that is INR 300. Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin -codes, in this case a customer is requested to send back the parcel with customer name and mobile number on it. Exchanges are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on the entire product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

  • Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product as soon as possible. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes through quality checks. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

  • Return : We humbly don't take returns on items sold once. Bee Cottonish is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product and in this case a refund will be provided as a Credit Voucher/Gift Card that will be valid for 30 days. 

EXCHANGE/RETURN  BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • Size Exchange: We do not offer size exchanges for international orders as reverse pickup facility is not available for international shipments hence we would suggest you to please read all the details and size chart carefully before placing the order.


  • Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will send a new product as soon as possible after proper examination of the case. All custom duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes through quality checks. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you. 

  • Return : We humbly don't take returns on items sold once. Bee Cottonish is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product and in this case a refund will be provided as a Credit Voucher/Gift Card that will be valid for 30 days.
CANCELLATION/REFUND BY DOMESTIC (INDIA) AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@beecottonishcom. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
  • No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances.
  • Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.beecottonish.com.
  • A canceled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
  • Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days  after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%). 
  • In case of returned damaged product, refund will be provided as a Credit Voucher/Gift Card that will be valid for 30 days.
